- Audit team health and organizational culture through robust process and stakeholder engagement
- Provide feedback, guidance and coaching based on strengths and areas of need
- Coach educators of all levels to set and meet goals, including meeting the needs of their students or stakeholders
Teaching & Learning Support
- Assess state of school program and practices and integrity of implementation
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to strengthen classroom practices, including academic rigor, classroom culture, and equitable discipline practices
- Work 1:1 with teachers on teaching & learning practices
DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)
- Conduct climate and culture assessments and support leadership team with analysis and plans
- Design team experiences and trainings to address needs, develop capacity and celebrate strengths
- Provide roadmaps for continued development of DEI practices and plans
Research and Project Management Support
- Support grant writing and submission
- Provide support for reports, presentations, board materials and other internal / external organizational processes
