  • Assess state of school program and practices and integrity of implementation
  • Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to strengthen classroom practices, including academic rigor, classroom culture, and equitable discipline practices
  • Work 1:1 with teachers on teaching & learning practices

DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)

  • Conduct climate and culture assessments and support leadership team with analysis and plans
  • Design team experiences and trainings to address needs, develop capacity and celebrate strengths
  • Provide roadmaps for continued development of DEI practices and plans

  • Support grant writing and submission
  • Provide support for reports, presentations, board materials and other internal / external organizational processes
